The data collected is kept for the time of processing your contact request, and the contractual relationship if it is established.At the end of this period, NEO-LOGIX may keep these data in a so-called intermediate archive database, for the duration of the legal limitation period, for the sole purpose of preserving its rights in the event of a possible litigation.

If the company has rasonnable doubts regarding your identity, NEO-LOGIX has the right to request a copy of your Passeport/ID with your signature before proceeding with your rights.
Once your identity has been identified, NEO-LOGIX will send you a response within one month after reception of your request. Depending on the complexity or the number of requests, this period may be extended by two months, of which you will naturally be notified.
If you feel that your data is not processed in accordance with the applicable regulations, you can file a complaint with the Commission National de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL). It is the supervisory authority responsible for matters relating to the processing of personal data.
